Indoor Environmental Quality Laws

 

1. Summary of Connecticut School Indoor Environmental Legislation:  This document provides an outlined summary of CT laws regarding IEQ

2. Checklist for Compliance with CT School IEQ Laws  A handy checklist form for your district/school to check for compliance.  This form was developed to assist schools applying for Green LEAF Schools status.

3. DAS Schools Facilities Unit ED050 form:  This form is to be submitted every every three years to the State Commissioner of Education on the condition of[its facilities and on actions taken to implement its IAQ program. (By October 1, 2010, this report must be posted on each school’s and/or the board’s website.)

4. 2015 Commissioners' letter to CT School Superintendents - This letter encourages school districts to comply with CT school IEQ laws, and provides resource information for assistance.
